The pointer finger and thumb are cut halfway for better feel and grasp when rigging. Regular leather oil and conditioner is recommended with use to prevent drying and cracking. Directions Prior to First Use Soak the gloves in fresh water for two minutes. Put the gloves on. Make a fist shape for 1 minute. Remove the gloves, keeping them in the fist shape. Let the gloves dry.
