Description
In bluegill and crucian patterns, there are situations where normal swim baits or fast-moving lures are not enough to lure bass feeding on wide baits. At such times, the Sleeper Gill establishes dense contact with the bass by moving extremely slowly. It is capable of densely scanning areas where stacks are likely to occur frequently, such as intricate laydowns, cover bushes, weed bottom areas, and reservoir timber and bottom stumps. The seductive real action created by the snagless swim body of the Sleeper Hook design can be thought of as a Megabass-style swim jig in the shape of a small bluegill or crucian carp.
