Black Bart Lures St. Thomas Prowler was the first of the Prowler series (Abaco Prowler, Oz Prowler, Puerto Rico Prowler). Success with this lure was overnight and led to the making of the other Prowler’s in this series. St. Thomas Prowler has a cupped nose with large jets and is an all weather, all tackle choice of pros. Rig with 9/0 hook set.
