Description
Jumprise’s specialty is shore fishing, but the company’s president, Yuki Inoue, often operates the boat himself and goes offshore for development testing.
In spring and autumn, they fish for yellowtail, amberjack, and amberjack in the outer and southern Boso areas. In summer, they fish for yellowfin tuna in Sagami Bay.
The offshore development tests and experience are certainly reflected in the development of shore tackle, which is their main business.
Five years ago, Inoue designed his own offshore casting rod privately.
Since then, he has accumulated experience and evolved the composition many times, and as a result, he has completed an offshore casting rod that he is 100% satisfied with.
The composition is a 5:5 hybrid structure of low-elasticity 15t prepreg and medium-elasticity 24t prepreg.
The 15t has the tenacity to lift the rod with high load while applying great pressure with the rod standing at a 90-degree angle.
The blanks, which are mixed with 24t to suppress shaking during casting and generate instantaneous rebound lift power, have great benefits.
After many prototypes, we decided to release an 8.2 foot model with SIC-S configuration after considering various usage situations.
